terms of use

By using pog slammers you agree that when one of your pogs loses a slam, ownership of that pog transfers permanently to the winner's account and you have no claim to it.

your uploads

You represent that you own or have the right to upload every image you submit. You grant pog slammers a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute the image as part of the gameplay surface (including transferring it to another player when you lose).

no prize

There is no prize. There is no payout. There is no token. The game does not generate cash for you.

moderation

We may remove any pog at our discretion for hate, harassment, depictions of real people without consent, or anything the judge cannot reasonably evaluate. We will refund the slam fee if applicable. We do not refund subscriptions for the period in which the violation occurred.

limit of liability

pog slammers is provided as-is. You acknowledge that the judge is an automated agent and that its decisions, while final for gameplay, are not "correct" in any external sense.
